Son fonctionnement sera intimement li\u00e9 \u00e0 celui du hall voyageurs de la gare SNCF, qui d&rsquo;ailleurs abrite la bulle de l&rsquo;accueil de la m\u00e9diath\u00e8que. Ainsi, vous pourrez emprunter tous types de documents pour petits et grands, ou lire sur place en contemplant les all\u00e9es et venues des trains sur les voies ferroviaires qui jouxtent l&rsquo;\u00e9quipement. Le chantier, d\u00e9marr\u00e9 \u00e0 l&rsquo;automne 2023 est donc arriv\u00e9 donc \u00e0 son terme cet \u00e9t\u00e9: r\u00e9novation compl\u00e8te, ajout d&rsquo;une mezzanine. Tout a \u00e9t\u00e9 refait \u00e0 neuf, hormis le gros-oeuvre, la charpente et la couverture.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L&rsquo;architecte Caroline Thibault avait pr\u00e9c\u00e9demment travaill\u00e9 sur le pavillon de gauche du grand b\u00e2timent de la gare SNCF de Serqueux, \u00e0 la demande de la commune, pour le transformer en MAM (maison d&rsquo;assistantes maternelles) qui est en service depuis maintenant plus de 2 ans. Ainsi, la commune peut offrir ces services aux habitants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L&rsquo;architecte Caroline Thibault a dans les deux cas pris en compte le programme \u00e9tabli par la commune, et int\u00e9gr\u00e9 les particularit\u00e9s du lieu: proximit\u00e9 des voies ferroviaires et contraintes en terme de bruit, s\u00e9curit\u00e9 des usagers, gestion commune de la m\u00e9diath\u00e8que et du hall voyageurs. Par ailleurs, l&rsquo;agence postale communale va \u00e9galement int\u00e9grer les locaux du P\u00f4le culturel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Si vous avez un projet de transformation, r\u00e9novation d&rsquo;un b\u00e2timent existant, que ce soit un b\u00e2timent agricole \u00e0 transformer en logements, ou un hangar \u00e0 transformer en bureaux, n&rsquo;h\u00e9sitez pas \u00e0 nous contacter pour que nous puissions \u00e9tudier la faisabilit\u00e9 de votre projet.
